Elisabeth Jennifer Brigida (Lily) Knibbeler has gained extensive experience as a manager at various levels in the Library. Before becoming the Director of the National Library of the Netherlands in 2012, Lily was the Head of the Marketing & Services division. She achieved some significant results in the complex portfolio of copyright for digital services.
